3.3. Packaging and Shipping:
Securely package the product(s) with the original packaging and tags, along with a copy of the RA confirmation email. Ship the product(s) to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving the returned product(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 2. If the return is accepted, we will proceed with the refund.
